xpAlto Icons: Windows Default icons

The xpAlto icon series is designed to complement and improve on the Windows XP icons.
- 4 icons in true colour in sizes 16, 32, 48, 64, 128 px.
- Default Icon (for unknown filetypes, or filetypes that have an associated progam but no icon of their own)
- Default Document
- TXT Document (plain text file)
- CHM Document (Windows compiled help file)
